Abstract

Internet allows buyers easily find information about competitive products and services. It gives strength to the customer, and businesses may also find new customers, and at the same time serve as the existing ones, using the database in order to develop a personal profile and then directed them to the processed information to identify the specific needs of customers. The development of e-business system, enables businesses to enhance information technology, thus developing relationships with customers. Managers of these businesses must develop a plan to reach organizational goals, considering the sources and nature of the business environment in which it operates.
