Abstract

This paper presents opportunities to reduce costs in the IT sector using models such as the use of cloud computing, open source software and alternative solutions, as well as the renting of equipment and HR to perform certain tasks. We referred to the problem of illegal software application and offered alternative software solutions to perform the same activity at lower prices. Everything shown in this paper is aimed to reduce costs and optimize them to obtain the best possible products and services.
