Privatization reprezents the key link in implementation of the transitional process. Privatization in Serbia last quarter of a century.Many internal and external factors have contributed to the slowing down of the process. The privatization process has pass through the different iterations. With the completion of privatization foreign direct investments inflow declines.The work analyses chosen privatization concepts. This paper will put the emphasis on achived results of privatization in Serbia.
