IMPORTANCE OF RESEARCH AND MEASUREMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

In order to realize competitive advantage on the market, companies with visions are relying on them selves more often nowadays. In this way, they are development in their internal relations. This is the reason for the elimination of everything that is inaproppropriate and old – fashioned that is reflected in the organizational culture. Planned handling of corporative culture, as a set of values, beliefs, behavior, working styles, relationships etc. Whish make each organization unique and different from others, presents the priority of both a successful management and successful leadership. The way in which management and leadership activities are carried out reflects the satisfaction/dissatisfaction of employees who are, for the great part, responsible for the creation of a preferred organizational climate, which ultimately has the the result of a corporative culture, which provides customer's/servise user's interest and the wanted position on the competitive market.
