Abstract

Quality is the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfills requirements. Quality management is a set of actions and activities that affect the quality of the product, and labor organizing. The process of quality management makes one segment of the business management systems. Total quality management (total quality menagement - TQM) is a systematic approach to management, which aims to continually improve the value of customer design and constant improvement of organizational processes and systems.
