Abstract

Holders of management activities, managers or executives, have a key role in the business system. They are subjects that run, organize and direct all activities in the business system. Depending on how managers are adequately motivated, and how well they motivate other employees, depend the achievement of business goals. Engagement and motivation of competent managers is a key factor in effective business and development.
