Abstract

One of the concerns of many companies is Corporate Social Responsibility. In the current world, all organizations, no matter what kind of business they do or how big they are, must have social support to survive in a business world. Successful global organizations for decades have been carrying out the concept of corporate social  responsibility, and in the last couple of years, more attention is also being paid to socially responsible activities in our country. Companies work in some social communities, from which they also make a profit. For that reason, the companies must “give back” to the environment from which they took. The new model of conducting business includes economic performance, both for the company and  the whole society, but also ecological and social awareness, which affects all employers and the whole society. This is the concept of CSR.
