Beside work means and work subjects as necessary factor of work process is human work. At the same it is known that human factor presents the most important business factor, and it disposes certain knowledge, abilities and personal features which should be harmonized with activity of company, its business and market requirements. Special significance of human factor, or human resources, reflects in tourism as business intensive activity. One of areas of management which was the developed in the last twenty years in the word, and in our country too, is management of human resources. As basic activities management of human resources could be mentioned: planning of required number and structure of employees, their recruitment, selection, socialization, training and development, motivation, mark of work, rewards, career management and fires.
