PROCESS ON CONCENTRATION AND INTEGRATION IN TOURISM
The characteristics of business in tourism and markets where it appear, make it very suitable for the establishment of a number of business relationships among companies that appear in the process of service delivery. The concentration of demand in the tourism market necessarily leads to concentration of tourism offers, which is now rapidly changing and adapting to new market demands. Horizontal and vertical connectivity in the field of tourism are not new, so that we can freely say it is a necessity imposed by the market.
